Behind it sits more than a decade of founding, leading and growing service led businesses, particularly in regulated home care, including a service rated Outstanding for being responsive by the Care Quality Commission. That hands on experience shapes how the group thinks about ownership. Reputation matters, people matter, systems matter, and the details matter most of all.
Rupen and Victoria have made Hertfordshire home for more than a decade, raising their daughter and their dogs and building their working life in the same community they serve. We are not passing through, and we are not building to move on. Family, loyalty and community sit at the heart of how we work, and who we are.
